Niche #22 The Niche of Mercy
“Or did those who commit evil deeds think that they could possibly outstrip Us? How ill is their judgement!” [Quran 29:5].
In other words, did they think that they could outstrip Me in My Forgiveness and all-encompassing Mercy with their wrongdoing?
“How ill is their judgement!”
Rather, it is Allah Who outstrips in His mercy for them, and this is greatest expression of Generosity.
